There hasn't been a book in "Available Rewards" spot of Mission page for more than 13 months.

Is this a bug or issue?

I used to get an average of about five books a year from here.

Please help me check it. Thank you very much!

As far as I know each book can be only gotten once. You have already read 16 books. So the probability of getting a new book is getting smaller and smaller.

Books are an extremely rare spawn in Mission store, you arguably got lucky to even get 5 within an year in the first place. I have purchased a total of 3 books out of the 5 that have spawned in the past 3 years (last purchase was 17th June 2021).

There's no issue here, you have just had a dry streak. As you acquire more books, your chances of getting a book in the mission store would also be declining. There have been 36 book purchases in the past 24 hours, so I am fairly certain it is all working correctly.
