You can increase your working stats by your job position and by education courses. Please note, however, that every company position (you are in a company) only gives 2 out of the 3 working stats. You can ask your employer for a position that gives you endurance, or ask for trains in endurance as well.
which company gives?
All companies have positions that give each stat. What you will want to do is try and buy trains to get your stats up. They can run from 300k-500k per train depending on a what store and what star level its at.

Your employer should be able to swap you to another position to train you, then swap you back. Just ask and see
If you only care about working stats - Education job. You can spend job points on working stats. You miss out on other company specials, but that will build the fastest.
If you're paying for extra trains then ask the owner to swap your position, do the trains, and then swap you back. Little more work for them, but if getting paid they should have no problem with it.
