Can someone help something happened to my phone app and im locked out it says i need to enter a 6 digit code from authenticator app but i cant get to that from my computer for some reason

Usually the authenticator app is installed on your phone. Some common ones are duo mobile and Google authenticator.
I believe there is an option to skip entering the code, and it will fall back on your security question instead
