Not going to rehash a previous suggestion about Lingerie Models (https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=4&t=16237670&b=0&a=0&start=0&to=21706577) but take Torn's approach to the position a step further: why not provide an employee effectiveness perk to having battle stats at or above a certain amount? For example, if the player in the position unlocks the "Athletic" or "Conditioned" merit(s), they would then get a few employee effectiveness points for putting in the additional effort. It could also be incremental such as +1 for "Lean", +2 for "Fit", etc.
