For some reason, Duke won't give me any missions at all, and I have completed George's missions?

duke gives 1 mission per day.
If you recently leveled up, missions beyond George are only available for level 5 and up.
1 mission per day is released by Duke.
You have to actually go to Duke and accept the mission.
No more than 3 missions are going to be available at 1 time unless you are in a specific company with a specific perk.

No, he never gives me missions. IK that you get 1 mission per day but that never happens, so I have zero missions. This game really doesn't like me iv'e noticed.
Hi, have you completed the contracts by Anonymous? You will need to do ten contracts from him, that serve as in introduction to Duke.
The only mission is to complete missions for duke which I cannot do.

Anonymous is a mission agent, who will introduce you to all others. Currently, he only has one mission, which is an introductory mission for Duke, which requires you to complete 10 contracts. Upon completion, you will gain an honor bar, and 100 mission credits.
Anonymous is unlocked once reaching level 5.

It looks like you gained 25 mission credits on 16-Sept. That must have been the starter missions.
And you gained level 5 around 16-Oct to 19-Oct. So you should be ok to access the missions.
