I suggest we remove the current description that reads: "+ Accuracy on first turn"
Add a description that reads: "+ Accuracy on first shot"
There seems to be a lot of confusion about how this mod works and simply updating the description would add clarity as to when this mod actually procs and when it does not. This would also fall more in line with the wiki description which reads: "This is a mod which greatly improves your accuracy on the first shot (higher chance of hitting)."
