Since Torn seems to be full of gambling addicts with a burning need to save their souls by gifting expensive stuff to random strangers, i came up with a game and called it Gift Russian Roulette (or Gift RR for short).
The premise of the game is simple - you pick your budget (or try your luck and set it to Random) and get a random player to whom you then send the gift picked by the game. The resemblance to Russian Roulette is that you don't get to pick the exact price of the gift, only the price range.
While there are no winners in this game (except the people receiving the gifts), you get a chance to try your luck and brag about being super generous (or dodging a bullet and getting picked a Hammer in Random mode).
To play the game, go to the link below and follow the instructions:

* Some final notes:
Since there is no efficient way to find active players in Torn, you might have to wait a while and use up quite a few API calls before you get a hit. Be patient.
Picking younger accounts generally gives faster results.
If you have any feedback, ides or suggestions - let me know.
