I have completed a mission twice today and it will not show completed nor will it give me the rewards for it. This is the first time I've had this issue.

I also have issue with A Kimpossible Task mission, I defeated target but mission not completed.

This is unrelated to the issue, you used a Harpoon in that attack while the mission description requires you to use Melee and Temporary weapons only. You have done so correctly in the second attack this morning and have completed the mission now.
