Can someone tell me what for quality of items? Like, would it be better to buy an item with a higher quality than another one with a small one?

Is there a generally accepted pricing guide based on quality percentages?
No. If you're willing to pay x amount, that's your guide.
More quality makes you fight better than you would do with low quality. I have always been one for looking at weapons and armour upgrades.
So yes i have bought affordable ranked war gear for myself. Riot armour set, ranked war armalite, ranked war metal nunchucks. Kept my homemade pocket shotgun, i think its the best one in the game quality getting on for 70%
The good gear is a noticeable boost to fighting.
Dont settle for a crummy 38 rated combat armour and a 44 flexi. Get better gear.
