There was an issue with the Missions system on 29th Nov. and we had restore a back up of the Mission credits from a few hours prior. Any purchases that you made during the period of the issue were not reversed, however the mission credits were provided back to you when the back up was restored.
We restored the transactions made during the period of the issue a few hours after the back was restored. You were caught in a unique situation where you were able to spend your credits twice and hence ended up with a negative balance. Per your Credits history, both of the following purchases shouldn't have been possible based on your balance. However since you made these purchases, you are at a negative balance now. You will just have to complete mores missions to come back in positive.
