I have tried to put bounties on DieZel one for $2 and one for $3 but no claim button appears
Is it because you can't claim your own bounty?
It was duke mission place a bounty on someone and defeat said person
Turns out that all I had to do was place a bounty and then defeat them not claim the bounty mission completed

Yes.

That is exactly what the mission tells you to do, it never asks you to claim the bounty. It only requires you to defeat the person.

Thanks!
