Am i hurting myself if my company has max staff but they are low working stats for the position. My thinking is more employees is better than 1 with proper stats and eventually they will grow into the position please advise a CEO noob

First u need 1 or 2 employee as an anchor to keep your earning, then you can do as much employee as you want. Thats from my 3 months experience
