So in my mission credits shop it says high quality, what does it mean like 30%+ or wat

I'm sure when the patch notes come out tomorrow, the new "high quality" label will be explained.

Equipments from mission shop are usually better than normal ones, because the system will generate 100 items and pick the highest Q one for you.
