There's less options as it's your own mini profile, since you can't do most of the things to yourself there's no need for them to be on the mini profile

The panel size is identical in both cases. The only difference is, as mentioned above, the number of options are fewer on your own profile which results in a bigger forehead and chin space. Top aligning would leave a bigger chin, so not really sure what to do here.

Patience. Do not bump up confirmed reports, specially cosmetic reports which are not at all game breaking. Locking the report.

When viewing your own mini-profile (which has less buttons at the bottom), the content on the right side should certainly be aligned to the top, so it always appears the same as other mini-profiles. I'll ask Oksana to take a look, hopefully it's a simple change.

Also, the profile images seem to be appearing slightly too small, leaving inconsistent margins at the top and bottom.
