I am currently working on the Kidnapping crimes merit and can't find any data on which one has the highest success rate. Does anyone by chance know of a form that has this data?

Kidnap Woman and Kidnap Kid are both 66%. Kidnap Mayor is lower, around 50% in my experience. Not sure about the others.

All in all, it most advantageous to kidnap women only, making sure to have sufficient cash for a bribe on hand.
