one of the most common suggestions is to start a 'trade' with a trusted Trader
on the "trading" forum, various players advertise their trading services, so you can pick one of those

You can use Traders (find in trade chat & forum), item market, bazaar, or sell directly to the system.

find a trusted trader, and my advice is build a good relationship with said trader, try to find one who is very active everyday, i have been with mine since i was lv 2/3 in the beginning, good luck
