We can not give our members points gained from wars still. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

- Fixed block on giving points from faction (I.e. gained from Ranked Warring) without the Points Storage upgrade

Patch notes today - change was made a few days ago.

You need to purchase the Points Storage upgrade before being able to utilize those points. It was a bug that was allowing you to withdraw the Points before purchasing the necessary upgrade, this was patched last week.
