You cannot use RR to escape incoming attacks, so in case if you are in an active attack when you shoot yourself, RR will not hospitalize you, as indicated by the hospital time provided by the logs. You can check the timestamps of the attack start and you shooting yourself in the foot. You were not hospitalized because you were in an active attack
