Home run changes

Hi there, could someone explain the changes to the home run and parry bonuses from Cheds most recent announcement?
Does it insinuate that the weapon has to be used in the same round as the relevant attack where its parrying or deflecting the temporary? Or was there an error prior that meant it was proccing too often? Many thanks in advance

it means that parry/home run will proc only when the weapon is used, same as if you were attacking.
