So now that LS warehouse capacity is increased, I'm curious about this statement that ad budget is capped at 20m. Does anyone know if theres any truth behind cap being there?

Ad is effective based on everyone else's ad budgets, so what he probably meant by the cap is that no one has it above 20m, so whether you have it at 20m or 50m you'll always be top 1 for ads and thus it would make no difference in your sales.
