This is something that is specific to your set up, me and our devs have spent several hours trying to replicate it but have had no success. Can you please confirm:
  • Which device are you using?
  • What is your OS version?
  • Which browser version are you using?
  • Which keyboard and version are you using?
  • Are you able to replicate the issue in another browser?
  • Are you able to replicate the issue using another keyboard?
Can you provide a screen recording of the issue?

I went to system settings and copied this out of there.

Chrome 71.0.3578.99
Android 8.1.0
Media Device Build 3.31.0
Touch Screen Multi touch 5 points (No keyboard used)

I notice Opera Mini as another browser I can try later.

Are you able to provide a screen recording of the issue? You can get a screen recorder from the play store and upload the recording to an external website like Imgur and paste the generated link in this report.
