this happened without any trigger. I have only recieved 1 bounty this yr and that was mnths ago.

I've worn the healer title for the last 3 yrs. this was totally random.

You also haven't given any revives in over a year. Likely, you were overtaken on the reviving tier list and are no longer as highly ranked there are you are in bounties.

There are no triggers for this, your ranking for each category is calculated every day. If you haven't done any Revives, other players would have caught up and overtaken you in ranking. The Title change is correct.
