I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled. (yes)

I can't seem to change my email address. When i go to the "change email" tab it sends me to the account recovery page (no option to change mail address just reset password) This probably isn't where it's supposed to link?

There's no standalone option to change the email address, you will need to complete the Account Recovery process. During the recovery process, it gives you the option to change your email address, provided you give sufficient information to complete the recovery process.
