-If you have enough money to spare, you can do an assortment of contests.

Pertaining to rw's, say everyone that makes over (x) hits gets a chance to win an fhc or something, or maybe who makes (x) hits for consecutive wars. Prizes would really depend on how much you want to spend.

During non-war weeks, training contests, crimes contests, even activity based contests (most days logged in, in a row or longest time spent online during a certain time frame.) Maybe since you have so many green leafs, a trivia day based on Baldr's basic advice or some other tutorial that you choose. Personally I would try to keep it so the contests improve the participants game play while competing.

-You can also mirror your contests or events with the ones going on in Torn,at the time. Example would be something to do with eggs during this past Easter event. Or something to do with alcohol during the St. Patricks day event. Use your imagination.

-Aside from that, just being there for advice and to answer questions. Which does require you to be up to date on tactics beneficial to newer players. Ex. How to avoid being buy/mugged.

Good luck with your faction.

Depends on your budget and goals. But a few general ideas:

-setup weekly giveaways in your discord for smaller prizes and public entry, alongside a larger prize per ranked war with entry tickets based on number of OHits/IHits/Assists made (depending on your priorities, or all 3!)

-If you're open to loosening up on the rw shit, create a democratic system where people can vote on whether to war or not in a given week. When I ran my smol boi we either RW'd or ran a couple chains over the week for res gains - make sure you're constantly moving forward w perks and respect, otherwise people may get complacent

-on that note, keep transparent about what perks you're unlocking and why, as well as when you're swapping to war mode (and what the perks are there), swapping without notice can alienate many-a-peeps

-discord bots are always fun, depending on your peeps setting up some music/gaming bots, and a safe space to discuss shit like music and the like can help create a family atmosphere

-always be recruiting - the more the merrier!

-have at least one person join your leadership team, so you don't burn yourself out :) share the workload of rw tactics, nooblet drama, training arcs, newsletter creating/editing, discord moderation, event setting ..... etcetc

-make sure your armoury is fully stocked of everything vanilla your noobs may need - flexis, armas, dbks, enough temps (ofc needles not needed), but I like keeping 2-3k of all the defensive temps at any time (smoke/tear), and 1-2k of the offensive ones :) you can also throw some fish in there to slap eachother with ;) encourage stat gains in off times vis-a-vis fish slap avoidance

-depends on your audience, but you can setup competitions every couple weeks or so (every week if you have munz, but I like handing out bigger prizes for competitions, as more effort has to be put in, something like a rw weapon or a SE) - stuff like spending most e on training, or most time flying, or mst n spend on crimes - you'll wanna setup a bot (yata works but can be kinda weird if you don't know what you're doing - setting up a basic python bot that pulls data from faction API every 24h and spits shit back to you in discord is a great boon in this regard, also lets you see what people are doing when they're off :3

-Buy and setup various noob comps (candle, AN, sweet, music mainly), have someone in your fac run each - what I did was split the profits between the director and the fac, and prioritize sending fac peeps between 'em over randos outside of it

-Have a goal for fac funds in mind :) whether it be buying enough PIs to rent to everyone for 1$, or teching out your armoury with situational rw shit (sure shot, various armour sets, warlord/revit ofc)

-Make sure you know your rw tactics, and lead with confidence :) don't be afraid to kick peeps if they're not living up to your standards - you can always buy a second fac that becomes a more casual place to live, while your main shell becomes sweaty rw shenanigans

ofc this is all omega-broad, but should give you some jumping points to work with :) Good luck!
