It looks like some of the items posted during the Black Friday bazaar sale are still locked. This was found in User 2410158's bazaar today

All 1 dollar items are still subjected to the lock throughout the year, it’s not limited to Black Friday.

All $1 items will remain locked. It is not a Black Friday specific system, it will be like that forever.
