API - old attacks wrong 'ranked_war': 0

I tried loading attacks from a past ranked war using /attacks?from=xxx API call. I noticed that the "ranked_war" flag is 0 for all hits for wars that happened more than a few months ago.

This is just one example - one of the war hits during a ranked war - showing "war" modifier 2, but "ranked_war" flag is 0. I believe this to be a bug, or is it expected?

Let's ask Roman or Sergey, perhaps the pruning duration can be extended to at least a year, or ideally three years. That should be fine, as there's only 1.8m rows currently.
