How do I start a company and is there any advise on how to make it successful please?

There are guides for this. General advice is to not start a company until much later in the game and after you have taken the biz degree. A big part of it seems to also be attracting and paying employees which might be hard to do at level 5. To get me to work at a new company with less training, I would have to be paid even more than usual. . .

Don't recommend it, it costs way too much money and is usually unprofitable. And without the required courses/stocks u will find it difficult to increase in stars dur to competition with ppl who alr have them. Just work for the company not own it.
