Is there a tool that will allow you to see what the estate agents will offer for a property?
For example, right now the estate agent will offer me $3,778,500 for a 1000-happy property.
What if said mansion did not have a superior interior? or I spotted one on the market that I wanted to check against some kind of tool? or simply one that was not my own.
