^ Yes, what Beerstein said. As for roles, those change based on where you rank the highest. For example, I'm an Intimidator because I've had a lot of enemies run away from me, that's where i rank the highest. You're a scavenger atm because where you rank the highest is in how many times you've searched the dump. There's probably a clearer way to explain that, but my best advice would be to go to tornstats and check the titles tracker, that should give you an idea of how roles work and what you could aim for.
