so i cant attack my target because his hiding at canada rn? what should i do to resolve this?

edit: lol so my target change to someone in sa lol i think my prob is solved now

If he's your mission target, open his profile page, travel to Canada, and you (and only you) can attack the poor soul from the openness profile page :)
