Is the slot the bullet is in determined when the game starts? Or is whether or not you get shot determined each time you shoot and the chance is based on which # shot it is? I hope I explained that clearly :P

To clarify Defectus's post, it's rolled for every shot with increasing chance of having a bullet.
So first player rolls for 1/6, then the next shooter is 1/5, third shot would be 1/4, etc. If all 5 chambers come up empty, the sixth one is a guaranteed 1/1.
