Since you are participating in the dog tag event, it is entirely normal you will get mugged and attacked. People just want youe tags tho, and they see the money they get from mugging as an extra bonus. You can’t prevent that.
You should self hosp when you go offline. Do the undercover cop crime (Crime -> Kidnapping (-15 nerve) -> Undercover cop) while you have less than 50k on hand. Very likely you will fail it and get 8 hour of hosp time. Doing murder mob boss (-10 nerve) while failing it gives about 4 hours of hosp time. Or you can have your friend hosp you.
