    You are aware that +47% of 65 (rounded up say to 50% for convenience) is 97.5 effective damage yes? It is +47% of the base damage of the weapon, so yes it does get applied. It just can't be reloaded.

So 65 x 73 is actually 97.5 x 73 = 7117.5 weapon score for 2-3 shots, nice. I got weapons that hit into the 120's, but the accuracy is a neat touch and don't have to worry about special ammo too much. Neat.
