Carry On Luggage - Contraband

I understand that there have been multiple suggestions on the idea of carry-on luggage for contraband when travelling overseas. Some of these suggestions include:
- The ability to take medical items overseas (with some restrictions of course)
- We take weapons, why cant we take drugs?

I want to add a suggestion to the idea of taking drugs overseas as contraband. Although there are people that say "just take the Xanax before you go" I think that there are often times when you have travelled overseas and it has overlapped with your drug cooldown. Maybe you could just rearrange your travel plans to account for this...or not.

If we had the ability to "sneak" drugs onto these international flights it could be a cool little gamble that could be added to the game. An enhancer item could be used to conduct this with the consequences of being caught and jailed for it. Similar to conducting a crime you would lose some crime experience as well as the drug you were attempting to smuggle on board.

I personally like travelling to China a lot because of the high-profit ratios and sometimes the overlapping drug cd time gets annoying. I personally would take the risk of taking drugs overseas in order to maximise my profit and the use of my drug cd timer.

**** If there is already a thread that suggests the use of a crime-based metric for taking contraband overseas please let me know.

This is intentional. Flying is easy money. It's meant to punish you for taking longer, more profitable flights by preventing you from interacting, including messing with your drug CDs.

-R, but also a word of advice: Save the longer flights like China and such for when you're stacking for a chain or war. It won't interfere with your E use if you're stacking as you'll get back before you need to take the next xan.
