Got a red flashing icon today near the bottom of me left hand screen. Is that for an update? Or did I get some warning or crap?

About every year, everyone is required to reread and agree to the rules. The flashing icon is just a notifier that it's time, not necessarily that anything has changed. - HavokGDI [133687] Moderator

Nah i think it just happens every so often; just a 'accept' and don't think about it..

It's normal happens a couple times a year for me
Ched did include a rule that states anyone asking about Crimes 2.0 will be banned so just make sure you agree to that
it's not required; nothing will happen if you don't reread the page and instead choose to just let it blink. it's just a friendly reminder
