I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled. Helllo.. I would like our war investigated about the chain... Our chain timer never resets... We have to make alll 10 hits within 5 mins to get the 10 chain.. We only have 19 targets at most. Hoping we can be compensated after war. Weekend warriors faction.

Chains don't tick off until after 10 hits
Looks like you don't have any upgrades ahead of 10 chain in the core branch
Once you get upgrades to chain you will spot that after 10 hits in the 5 minute window it will reset to 5 minutes after this per hit

As mentioned above. The first 10 hits are required within 5 mins. Then subsequent hits are 1 per 5 mins.
Also, if you don’t have the next chain length unlocked (25) then it won’t go past 10.
Your Leader should know this already at his level.

A chain is a warring tool designed to supplement warring between Factions. Chaining begins with an initial five minute "warm up" period, in which ten successful attacks must be made. Once a chain reaches ten, each subsequent hit must be made within a timer of five minutes - if a successful hit is made this timer will reset, the chain counter will increase by one and the chain will continue.
