Hello,

I recently had a friend that I referred hit level 10 but I did not receive the honor bar nor the rewards for the referral. He used my name at sign up but I did not provide him with the referral link as I did not know about this being new to the game as well. His name is eskimoblubber (2948502) and he will reply to this thread.

I have added the referral. The award should be triggered after you visit the Referral page and then the Award page. The rewards for reaching Level 10 are lost since they can't be added retroactively. You need to report the missed referral immediately and shouldn't wait for the Level ups.
