I’ve been getting inactivity reductions for months now and with only a few exceptions, I login every single day from a pc or my phone and conduct activity.

I currently show as -4 and I have logged in every day for a solid month. Why does this keep happening? Anyone else having this happen?

Employee effectiveness updates once per day at around 6 PM TCT when the company report is generated. If you were not online within the past 24 hours of when the report was generated, you get an inactivity penalty. Looks like the system is working correctly, you are missing activity on certain days. Per this report, you had a penalty for the company report of 10th June, which sounds about right per your logs. You did not login at all on 10th June:

18:18:48 - 09/06/23 SmackdaddyC was paid $0 by FAP: Forever Alone Palace and gained 10 job points, 21 manual labor and 41 endurance
12:19:56 - 09/06/23 SmackdaddyC used 10 energy and 4 happiness training their defense in Complete Cardio increasing it by 15.04 to 38,148.84
Thanks!

Just logging in isn’t enough to count for activity. You have to actually do things…like crimes or use your energy.
