Duke mission. The_Archer only has 200 life, but takes zero damage, no matter what you attack him with. Cannot complete the Duke mission.

His def is 14x or more your strength. Try taking a Vicodin, using a str needle if you have then unlocked or ask a faction mate to join for the 50% debuff

As mentioned above, the targets can sometimes have higher difficulty level and you may need to seek assistance or use drugs/other perks to be able beat the target.
