How do you see the pre-determined result?
You can do it with your friends/faction mates/etc.
But, **the result is pre-determined once the race starts**. Make sure betting occurs before that.

You can make a custom race and put a join fee - which is a bet. The winner gets the money.

How do you see the pre-determined result?
When the race starts, each racer sees a racing countdown timer in their icons menu.
If I'm not mistaken, those who finish earlier have a slightly shorter timer allowing the winner of the race to be determined right at the start with some coordination between racers.
