On the android app whenever I try to buy something or see someone's bazaar my game lags out and crashes,I cannot sell items because they do not appear on the list,and pretty much everything about selling and buying is glitches.this does not happen on the browser app tho,I have a Samsung Galaxy F13 with 4gb of ram and 64gb of of memory.

That's an old version of the app. I am unsure where you even got the old app from. The app is no longer available in your country due to your country's legislations. I would recommend you to try TornPDA or a mobile browser to play Torn. I will strongly advise against using the old version of the App as it may have bugs and vulnerabilities that can lead to an inferior gameplay experience.
