I've got a question regarding bazaar api. Is there a way to get the owner's user id from the ID I get from the bazaar api? Because now it seems that it's pretty useless

No. It’s specifically made like this and it will not be added. It’s not useless since you still know the item id and the price, you can do almost everything you’d want with just those 2.
The reason I'm doing this is that I got bored of checking item market for bulk of the item (hate buying xanax in low amounts, wanted to find a bazaar that sells >100). Is there a way to connect the item listing to the bazaar owner?
You can't. It's only possible to get the bazaar id mapped to an user once already in the bazaar, why which point you already are on the right page and you don't need to know it anymore.
.. there is a section of the api that pulls who's selling points + the id i believe.
not bizzare, but points. Hope this helps if you wanna try something else.
best,

best,
I use the the bazaar API only to know the cheapest price on the market but you can't do what you are asking.
the ID returned from the API is totally useless
