It's easy just don't. I started mine at 15 days old or so and wasted hundreds of millions on it. If you really want to start it wait untill you have the education done and enough money to afford bbs

You can check this excellent Guide about starting a company early on in torn. However do note that the first advice you get there is also to not do it because it's generally not worth it at your stage.
Mentions: Guide: How to Start a Company
You do not want to be a company director until you have ALL education done for it and got the right stock blocks. You're looking at 6/8 months education and billions in cash to do it properly.
You're new to this game. Don't create a company.
You AND your buddy wants to create a company. Only one player owns a company. Don't start a company together.
You don't know how to create a company. Don't learn how to. Don't start a company.
You were wondering if we could help. We could, but we wouldn't, for the sake of your enjoyment. Don't start a company.

honestly it’s better to give someone all the info, then they make their own choices
if they waste money or time, it’s their decision and time and money - but having the information prior makes all the difference imo

Reshula gave the new player all the info she might need already. I'm just filling in the blanks; the nuances.
Someone needs to start an online text game called Company.
You sold 10,000 widgets this week.
Your were featured in Widget Magazine!
You earned another Golden Widget!
You hired 10 widgeteers!
What is the appeal? I mean you dont get to burn down warehouses in real life...usually.

So random question but if I have a bunch of useful company threads, once someone else becomes the owner will all the company thread dissappear because of the change or no ? I would presume not but just making sure
This would deserve it's own Q&A post!
But since we're here, the threads will stay on the company forum page, regardless of where the person who posted them goes.
The OP of the thread will lose access to it once they leave the company however
The director (or new director) will be able to delete the threads if they so wish however
TL;DR
No, they won't disappear. They'll stay there
