I have no access to the sidebar anymore, I have looked through all of the icon settings and nothing has changed. It works just fine on mobile, but while on PC https://ibb.co/5jJFtgS

I got my bars back, just randomly refreshed and it appeared.

Please try clearing site data for Torn from within the browser settings and see if it resolves the issue.
