Easy chaining

I find when chaining if you are around lol 25 to 30 if you sit on the Baldrige level Up guide hit list you can easily accomplish the chain

Also remember that there is more than 1 list and multiple pages to each list as long as you look you can find an easy target list

Just use targets from Duke's missions to slowly build up your own list of inactive targets for chains, and leave the ones on the Baldr's list for people that need to level up.
