    OD is random. It's a small chance that can be reduced by faction perks. Perhaps some company perks too, can't recall off the top of my head. That's pretty much all there is to it.

Wonder how the OD is calculated. Like when will one person get a OD for taking Xanax. 2nd OD in a row! and i wasted like 6 xanax.
Any hint? i do rehabilate from time to time, yet still banged by OD. :(

Any suggestions to overcome this..

Nightclub reduces OD chance.

From what I've heard, the chance with full steadfast is around 1.5% and without it, it's a little above 2% for xanax.
