There should be some kind of notification when the faction leader turns on or off war mode. That way you always know exactly how much you can carry and your not needlessly bringing extra cash when traveling.

Sounds like a shit leader if they can't even be bothered to notify their members. It's not like you have to individually message everyone, newsletters and faction chats exist
