15+ f'ing years and every single event is shitshow with torn being unplayable.
God knows how much people are paying subscribed members and still its a shitshow.
Fix ur shit,extend beerday for another day oh and if its not to much to ask let the next event not being a shitshow.

Dont think people are willing to pay for something thats fubar every damn time

In the 18+ years I have played, I'd be curious to see the up time percent. I bet it is 99%+ over that long of a span. And don't forget, back in the day it was down every night for backups.....

can't be as embarrassing as raging in the forums when muh downtime

I agree that there's a pattern of downtime when these events occur and the admins should be more proactive with anticipating demand to mitigate or eliminate downtime around events. But coming to the forums to bitch about it like this has about as much dignity as an obese 5 year old screeching and shitting on the floor of a walmart because mommy won't buy him his tendies

This is way more scalable then the previous setup probably.
They probability did a temporary scale up right now.

So problem is fixed. I just assume next time they will do it before the event starts
