Ive noticed recently that when doing a certain district it uses the spray cans from all the other districts aswel as the one im currently tagging. Anyone else had this?

That happens when you equip the same color to multiple areas. It's technically the same can. Has been this way since the release of the crime.
You add the same can to two different areas, the can is assigned to your graffiti inventory and you will use the same can even if you go painting in a different area.
