Ok so I have been barrage by 3 million dollars worth of bounties in 2 days all 100k ea and it makes no sense why we can keep making bounties on one person like wouldn't the cops take notice of your actions and stuff not to mention its a 3 hour wait and many new players don't have any meds it just seems a little bit stupid PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD FIX IT thank you a 24 hr timer is fitting

1. You can identify bounty placers by paying for a bounty reveal from someone in a 7* + cyber cafe. It will reveal who placed them as long as they don't have the SYS stock block which prevents that information from being obtained.
2. 7* + private security firm gives you the ability to have bounty protection for 72 hours for 20 job points. So essentially 21 job points over 3 days in a 7* + company is enough to make yourself indefinitely unbountiable.
There's plenty of solutions and work arounds if you're smart and resourceful enough to use them. Expecting a cool down for a pretty massive mechanic of the game is absurd.

Furthermore, you can join a Ranked Warring faction, and when the ranked war gets going, you will earn the whole faction early release from hospital and get it yourself, which means that at that point, you will get hosped, the bounty hunter will get paid and you just press a button to get out of hospital.. you'd run through your enemy's finances pretty quick that way.
